OUR BLUEBERRY VARIETIES
Bluecrop blueberries are all-purpose blueberries that are firm and can be a bit tart. Traditionally, the Bluecrop berry is used for preserves, baking, freezing and fresh eating.
The Bluecrop berries populate the first third of our field.
Berkeley blueberries are famous for their beautiful white flowers which are tinged with pink. The berries themselves are noteworthy due to their very large size and their pale powder blue color. Berkeley berries are great for preserves, baking, freezing and fresh eating.
The Berkeley berries populate the middle of our field.
Like the Berkeley, Blueray blueberries are very large, one of the largest berries grown! They are sweet, with a light blue color and tend to be heartier berries, making them great for baking and fresh eating.
The Blueray berries populate the back third of our field.
